Excellent pharmacy, I am just recovering from a severe flu virus and the pharmacist and his team gave me excellent advice, full support and medicines to relieve my symptoms. Would highly recommend the pharmacy for giving me excellent advice, brilliant customer (patient) service and for providing all this within a friendly and welcoming environment! Woodville Road Pharmacy is a fantastic local pharmacy with friendly, helpful staff who are always happy to answer any questions you may have.

The pharmacy offers a great repeat prescription service that takes all the hassle out of ordering and collecting prescriptions and they'll even let you know how quickly it's likely to be ready.

All in all a great local, independent pharmacy conveniently located in the heart of Cathays.

I would just like to say what an amazing service that i have recieved from woodville pharmacy. Having to isolate and no way of getting my prescription the pharmacist very kindly brought my prescription to my home, after work. Very kind and much appreciated !

I had a good experience here with the doctor so I recommend it to a friend. The receptionist was so unprofessional when my friend was there shouted what service my friend needed. This was so embarrassing and extremely unprofessional. My friend even wrote it on her phone due to her not wanting people to hear and the lady at the desk shouted so everyone heard. This is absolutely disgusting and insanely unprofessional. Can’t trust the person at the desk to be private and discreet at a pharmacy.

The pharmacist was really great and very helpful. The other staff were also polite and friendly.
