The staff use to be lovely here, saw a different lady today, who was quite moody/rude. If you are dealing with customers, you can't behave like this.

They have lost a prescription one too many times. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Only use this pharmacy if you have no other choice.

The staff are polite but the service is quite poor. You’ll often be asked to come back later or the following day when putting in your prescription.

I have a mixed review for this pharmacy. Recently I had issues at another pharmacy getting one of my medications, this pharmacy had them and was able to dispense them to me which I'm very grateful for. However I think what let's this pharmacy down is how busy they are and I don't think they can always cope with it. You have to wait an hour after putting in your prescription in for them to despense it to you. There's no delivery service either. Wales can't have prescriptions delivered through the online system like England can. I understand this is a NHS Wales issue, but there should be some sort of way to have your medication ordered and delivered like most pharmacies do. On occassion they've not had some of my more commonly prescribed medications in stock, which means having to make 2 trips on seperate days which can be difficult when you're disabled and don't have a car. I've not had any issues with the staff and find them to be friendlier than another pharmacy I've previously used.

Shocking service, been 3 times to pick up
Medication and even though there is no one waiting, they always say come back in an hour, when there is a queue. Someone needs to sort this out. Went to Superdrug to pick up tablets with no problem. Forget Lloyd's and go to Superdrug.

Finding place hard to believe.
Covid covid covid.... Stay at home save NHS save lives. Yet you got to wait a hour for 1 or 2 items to be dispenser so you are hanging around waiting with people you don't know who may have covid Iv seen old people waiting outside in the rain and in the freezing cold this can't be right.
Why does it take so long to get one item.

Staff incredibly rude , there was a mix up with the lady in front of me , three of the staff were so rude to her , she was in tears , people got enough to cope with when they are ill or a loved one is ill without putting up with this ,

Staff are friendly ,helpful and have been during this very busy time .thank you
