Pharmacist always helpful, and takes the time to recommend the correct items. The other staff are just as helpful. The only thing stopping a 5* rating are the painfully slow tills! Not the staff's fault, just overly complicated tills.

I used to think this place was better than others around, but after yesterday, I’ve completely changed my mind. The girls have always worked hard in there, but yesterday I was left absolutely humiliated and felt completely disrespected and looked down on. I’ve had to go and collect cocodamol for my neighbour, her family and my own family and my partner broke his finger once so I got a box. One time I want to get some for me for my own pain and the woman tells me loudly in front of a full shop, that they won’t sell to me as I ALWAYS buy cocodamol and they think I’m basically addicted. Despite explaining the circumstances, she sarcastically told me “your family is ruining your chance of getting anything”. I knew something was wrong when I walked in because she was giving me dirty looks the whole time. Even when I put a couple items on the surface and paid for them, she was watching me carefully and I felt like I wanted to disappear on the spot. I felt judged being there and I’ve seen her glaring at some other people too. I was so so upset. She even told me “this has come up before between us (the staff), you’re in here all the time and I’m not giving you anything”. I go in once a week for other things in the shop and occasionally get sleeping tablets for myself as I struggle sleeping. My neighbour and her mum have had severe tooth pain and they both work so can’t get to the pharmacy, so because I’ve had to get bits for OTHER PEOPLE, I’m now being judged and they think I’m a druggy. I’ve been there before, I understand their responsibility, but the way this woman handled it was disgusting. I’ve been addicted, I understand that side too, but I’m FAR from that and a better person now, I literally prevent other people from getting addicted now, so to be judged like that takes me back to when I was addicted and being treated like dirt is vile. If this lady had taken me to the side INSTEAD of in front of EVERYONE, I would have been fine. If you’re genuinely worried about someone overdosing and taking too much, you talk to them privately, don’t give them dirty looks and speak down to them because they could quite simply be BUYING FOR OTHERS THAT CANT GET IN AT THE RIDICULOUS TIME EVERYWHERE CLOSES IN WALES. So now I have to drive forever away to get things for people that aren’t even me 🤦🏻‍♀️ If I was addicted, surely they’d rather keep an eye on it themselves instead of making me go elsewhere? It makes no sense. But they seriously need to work on their safeguarding, I’ve never felt so judged and disrespected in my life. That woman should be fired, disgusting disgusting behaviour.

This has gone downhill. 5 staff dealing with prescriptions yet only one person waiting for one. They might as well get rid of the shop side as they seem very inconvenienced when they have to come away from prescriptions to serve you. Rude and ignorant staff. Not the professional service you’d expect from boots. I have video footage being left over 10 mins waiting to be served, I’ve taken the videos on several occasions. I’m now sending them to head office.

After driving some way to go to this branch l was completely dumbfounded to be told that they close between 1 and 2pm for lunch. Apart from being a time where many people can get a bit of time off to get their medication, this is a pharmacy dispensing life saving drugs not a hat shop. A waste of time and petrol. No wonder boots is a shadow of it's former self.

First time I used Boots for a prescription & what a difference to the other chemist in P.Dock. No waiting, queuing & it's ready to collect.
Very polite/helpful & offered to order & text when prescription is ready next time. Thankyou & 6* from me.

Staff are always very polite and helpful. I recently took a prescription in for my father but the item requested they didn't have instore. The lady who served me checked with other nearby stores and arranged for it to be delivered to my local store in Pembroke Dock on the Monday morning. She went above and beyond which was greatly appreciated. Any questions I had she answered and advised to the very best of her ability. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff in there. Great customer service everytime 😊

Visited Pembroke Dock store on Saturday 3rd April to collect a prescription.Unfortunately due to incompetence of the local Doctors surgery the prescription had been sent to the wrong Chemist, which was closed until after the Bank Holiday weekend.

A member of staff and the female pharmacist couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful they sorted me out an emergency prescription there and then and provided me with the necessary medication.

Well done Boots Pembroke dock 10 out of 10- for customer service.
