Disappointed when i asked for advice

Pleasant staff but a bit slow and frustrating that it is closed every lunchtime.

Really helpful chemist and other staff, good selection of sundries for such a small chemist

Closed for lunch, does not say that anywhere on the advertised opening hours.

Twice in ten days they didn’t have the prescription we needed ..one was penicillin..we were told we’d have to get it from another pharmacy . I understand that they may not have things in stock ..but no offer to order it .. Penmaenmawr pharmacy didn’t have it and the said they would order it …..why couldn’t llanfairfechan ? The first prescription that they didn’t have we went to Bangor … they ordered it whilst we waited … so unhelpful .

you have to wait outside with no where to sit or cover from wind and rain.No consideration for customers welfare!
