Nice helpful staff. However, there is always a minimum of a twenty minute wait for prescriptions and the majority of the time can never fulfill your script, they always have to order an item in. In saying that, they do always get what they owe you by the next day.

Up until now staff always been kind and helpful. This week had a nightmare getting a prescription and pharmacist was extremely rude to my husband. Think the staff need a course in customer care!!!!

I suffer with epilepsy and twice the medication delivery has not delivered which they then refuse to redeliver I know have to walk to get my prescription. Please tell what is the point of your delivery service. It's more like take away

Absolutely appalling service, withholding medication because it was 6.20 and they wanted me to come back tomorrow , they only had to take it out of a drawer , another person commented on how ‘lazy’ she appeared and looked like she wanted us out asap . After demanding my medication, she rolled her eyes and gave it to me. Disgusting

Appalling service. Never deliver my medication which they are supposed to. Always have to phone to chace my medication up and have gone over a week a times without any.Rude staff. Overdosed me on 1 occasion,

Possibly one of the worst pharmacies I’ve been to, horrendous service and don’t bother going there to get a prescription after 5pm as they won’t serve you (not doing any more prescriptions even though they shut at 6.30) no sorry, no saying we can do it first thing for you tomorrow if you leave it here. I’ve spoken to many people about this pharmacy and they all say how bad it is, I would avoid it and go to a pharmacy like boots in old Cwmbran much better service and will serve you right up till closing time.

Don’t even deserve a 1 star. The older women need training on their social skills and speaking to the consumers.

My appointment was cancelled without explanation or alternative option. It was cancelled by email from a no-reply account. No one ever answers the phone when you call, it just rings and rings with no voicemail option. I tried to use the online chat but to register it needs my GP details. The Lloyds Pharmacy website doesn't recognise NHS Wales GP surgeries. I could go on. Go elsewhere, this place isn't worth the stress trying to get over their own incompetence, ignorance and inefficiencies.
