Crwys Pharmacy

Really lovely pharmacy with excellent, professional and very friendly staff. The pharmacist took his time to review my daughter's symptoms and suggest a treatment that suited her best (not just any old generic treatment!). He was very patient and attentive and really took his time (even though it was really busy so I really appreciate it!).
The second time I went in, the pharmacist was just as lovely and understanding and explained the referral process for the same issue which led to my daughter seeing another great professional based on his recommendation!
All in all, fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to come here for medical advice (or some sneaky shopping) in the future!

I worked in a pharmacy afew years ago, and understand the many pressures a small pharmacy can face. Despite all the day to day challenges I'm sure they encounter, my experience has always been very positive at Crwys. They are so pleasant, and always go above and beyond for the patient. If Swiss watches had a pharmacy equivalent, it would be this place. They really do run like clockwork! Extremely reassuring knowing they're taking care of my meds, which can be a very anxiety - inducing subject. They really know their stuff, care about your individual concern, and are probably the single most reliable medical service I've ever dealt with. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This Pharmacy is absolutely one of the best run pharmacies in Cardiff, the customer service is excellent and on point, The lady who I deal with on most occasions her knowledge knows no bounds, and she always makes sure she has done everything she can to help you.
