Rude staff is an understatement. I was told my prescription would be available Monday. I was completely out of my medication and urgently needed it Monday. I went first thing Monday morning as i was working in the afternoon. I was told sorry Monday morning is hectic come back after 12. I explained I was working and could not miss a dose as it would make me ill. The staff member went to see the pharmacist who shouted " what does he expect ten past nine on a Monday morning" beyond rude and unprofessional. A pharmacy to have staff who use this abusive tone is unbelievable!!! If i was told Monday after 12 I could have arranged for someone to collect it. Reading similar reviews on here obviously something needs dealing with.. obviously don't care as nobody has responded to any reviews

Appalling pharmacy! They never answer if your calling regarding a prescription. No patient care here. Avoid!

They never answer the phone. I don't know why the number is on the website.

Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Terrible service staff member hung up on my sisters carer while trying to sort out important medicines that was missing. Then can't get hold of them.

Nightmare. Staff just stare at you while your waiting to be 'seen' by one of them, and there are at LEAST usually 3-4 of them. Then it's "oh, we don't have your prescription, try the doctors next door", then you go the doctors and they say "no, the pharmacy should have it" and then this continues to happen, going back and forth, even AFTER you've been told about a week BEFORE that it's "ready". And THEN when you DO go to pick up your prescription, guess what? That's right, it's NOT ready! And you're told to wait anywhere between 10 minutes to an hour!?!?! Yeah, mega frustrating place, and that's putting it nicely...

In December I found the Manager/Main Pharmacist Heartless and Unhelpful.
In January [ 7th to be precise she shut the shop for 5 hours due to being short staffed , which led to long ques and dismay for people trying to get prescriptions]
My parents had to been getting a big long weekly list of prescriptions from here for several years,,,but now we need to change Pharmacy...Its a Disgrace !
Maybe the work ethics of this Pharmacy need to be reviewed, otherwise their extremely poor review standard of 2.7 out 5 will only get lower....Clearly this is a an Unhappily Run Business...In which case Sack who ever is in Charge and don,t make Customers suffer !
