Really great helpful staff very willing and friendly, recommend

I know that there are problems with having a full time pharmacist, but when you ask about opening times and which days are only half days, the reply you get is give us a call. So I called 3 times yesterday, no one answered. So I drove from Haverfordwest on my lunch break. Only to get there and they were closed with a sign on the door saying closed today aat 2. If someone had answered the phone I could have saved myself a wasted journey. Not happy.

Appaluling service. Never answer the phone. Cannot speak to anyone regarding medication information. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Pharmacies have had a tough time during the pandemic and there have been delays and different ways of operating ,and most of this has not been down to the individual member of staff.I see improvement,information and support after talking to staff today.I am a carer for my parents ,sadly loosing dad this year,so I feel gratefull for the delivery service and continued help with my mum's pills

Lloyds, although extremely busy, always helpful. Especially Sophia who goes above and beyond! Thank you for all your help dealing with medication queries on behalf of two elderly customers😊😊

Says they are open Saturdays, went there before 12 to get my medication and they was closed.

Happy to follow the Corona virus rules. But the speed of service seemed VERY slow, plus items on sale seem more expensive compared to other chemists.

Never open. Never answer the phones. Take weeks to issue repeats
