Sheppards Pharmacy (Avicenna Partner) - Nelson

Nigel the phramacist is great, very helpful. But some of the staff are a bit too chatty. I'm all for community spirit, but it gets annoying waiting 5 minutes for the staff to finish their conversations in order to get served.

Always friendly and helpful. Give great advice, even if it's to say that a particular product is probably cheaper in the Coop next door! They also stock effective pet flea and worming meds too.

Super friendly staff and a very knowledgable pharmacist. Front of house staff are very welcoming.

The have a lot more than just the pharmacy but still only 4 people allowed in store even tho staff no longer use masks. Don't expect you prescription done while you wait or within 24 hours.

Needed some medication I’d forgotten whilst on holiday. I rang on Saturday morning, managed to get a script sent over and by 11:30 I had my medication. Great service and very helpful!
