Neath Pharmacy

Had my flu injection here last week, felt very safe, I turned up at my allocated time and was called straight in... A few minutes later it was all done. First time I'd had it anywhere other than my GP surgery.. Definitely be back to neath pharmacy next year for my jab. Love the robot dispenser too, ideal when you work shifts, you get a pin text to you and can pick up anytime in the next 24hrs.

Booked our flu jabs online, very easy and straight forward booking system. We didn’t have to wait long to be called in for our jabs. Very clear procedures and signage on the door. Felt very safe. Very friendly and efficient staff. Neath Pharmacy is closer than the Health Dispensary so will now be our preferred pharmacy especially now, as Dodo, the robot dispenser has been installed!

Ran out of medication as even though my prescription was ordered and collected for dispensing a week ago, it is still waiting to be loaded into the machine - the fact I could be contacted it did not cross their mind to tell me there’s a problem - may be loaded today, maybe not! I work hours that conflict with pharmacy opening hours means to ensure I can take my medication I will probably have to finish work several hours early today which will result in loss of pay - this isn’t the first or second or third time I’ve had a problem

I've been banned for having an opinion.
I sent them a text telling them what I thought of their service. No swearing involved, just the truth.
The last 2 times I went there they didn't have my painkillers, a controlled drug. I was left to try and find them elsewhere, or go through withdrawl.
Longtec Oxycodone Hydrochloride, for my femur which has a hole in the top of it. Avascular Necrosis. I'd like to say a lot more!!!! Thanks.

I was helped by a lady named Amanda, who was so helpful, courteous and professional, she is a credit to the company. While trying to understand the directions for my medication, she explained everything to me with patience and a smile. Thank you so much Amanda, today was the very first time I have been to Neath Pharmacy and I will be returning from now on.

Excellent Service from one of your Staff Amanda! I needed something for my Dry Skin and Amanda took the time with me and advised a really good Product QV, I have even bought extra for my Sisters who also suffer from Dry Skin. Amanda is amazing with my self and making sure the medicine I pick up is on time and never waiting around she always smiling and makes me feel comfortable and any issues I may not understand she takes the time to explain it to me

The staff of the neath chemist give excellent service and have a brilliant attitude to us as customers they are always willing to help in anyway they can I cannot speak highly enough about this service
