Good friendly staff, no long waits

Went to buy a specific over the counter item the doctor had advised me to get but I was refused service because they didn’t believe me. I suggested me calling the surgery and getting them to call the pharmacy directly but that wasn’t good enough and I quote the pharmacist here; “how do I know it’s the surgery calling, it could be anyone”.

I had to call the surgery back and they gave me a script for the item, needlessly costing the NHS money.
