Extremely appalled with the customer service I received. I went in for my repeat prescription for Asprin that I need to take for preeclampsia to protect me and my pregnacy , as I gave the person my prescription, she looked over it muttering to herself, shaking her head and just said NO. With no help or guidance she said can't help you. She questioned from where I was from asked me to pay for it, remembering that I'm pregnant (free), or go back to my doctor. This had lead me now for a few days not being able to take my Asprin, as I have ran out which I told her. Now I have to make a new appointment with my GP while this is leaving me with no protection for a long period of time. Customer service is terrible, advise to people to us a differnt pharmacy.
Basically she was as useful as a chocolate fire guard.

This morning I collected my repeat prescription from your Talbot Green Branch. Arriving home I found two items were missing. I immediately contacted the pharmacy and was told the order was made up in two parts and they had neglected to give me the other. I advised I would return immediately and she informed me they were closing in 5 minutes. I enquired if there was any other option to pick it up. She replied no, so living locally I advised her I was on my way and should be there within the 5 minutes. I did get to the pharmacy before 12 o’clock only to find the shutters down and no reply to knocking or telephone. Knowing I was on my way and it was their mistake not only did they not wait for me, the actually shut early! If there was a zero rating I would have clicked that. Thanks for nothing!!!

During "normal" times, amazing so polite and helpful cannot d enough for you.During present times under immense pressure they are still superb but are let down by many of us customers who do not understand what pressure we are all putting them under.They do not deserve the criticism they get.
Also need to give a great thank you for the volunteers who help with all our deliveries.

Excellent service, pleasent and fantastic attitude from all staff, they sort my personal issues out with keen professionalism very warming an always keen to help you. It's a petty some people in the public I expect don't notice it. 😊🤗🙏🏼💙❤️👏🏼🤙🏼💯

Absolutely dreadful, working with a gent struggling with anxiety, staff shouted at him teling him 'why doesn't he pay for his medication' instead of understanding his predicament of moving areas and changing pharmacies, this left him in terrible shook up affecting his mental health further. I have suggested he complain to practice manager, shocking treatment he has decided not to complain. Lets hope this is a one off.

Fantastic staff always ready to help

Every time they are friendly and professional and very busy.Was there on Monday 13th Dec and it was busy,l saw lady from doctors bring in a batch of about 300 prescriptions and assistant told me they get those about 3x a day,wow.So l understand the pressure the operate under and l really appreciated them and sometimes they may get 1or 2 messed up but we should applaud them for many times they get things right,as humans we tend to make loads of noise when a mistake is done and no noise when they get it right.Thank Talbort Green Pharmacy team for an amazing service👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Worst pharmacy ,worst customer care or service.Always out me in limbo for my orders.specially my baby special milk I need to struggle everytime to get the order,multiple calls ,excuses and tons of visits after order comes in hand.I preferred it always bcs its next door.
Appalled with worst service
