Great service, very efficient staff

One member of staff completely rude to me when I was only picking up my no smoking products after one of my regular quit smoking Wales meetings. After rudely pointing out that I hadn’t attended to pick up products the Monday prior (as I’m going through a lot of devastation in my life right now) she then turned around and asked me whether giving up smoking was a good idea when I am pregnant and facing tough difficulties at home. Assuring me “she was supporting me” I then told her that her attitude was not in the slightest bit supportive which then triggered anxieties and stress from my mental health. Will be complaining to head office to sure. Disgusting service and not the first time she has made me feel uncomfortable. I now feel the need to seek another pharmacy that will vacate my no smoking course products.

Excellent pharmacy and I was very impressed they were even open when I needed them on Christmas Day.
First Class to be fair. I'll be using the Pharmacy a lot more in the future 👍

Absolute joke. Went in for some Fluconazole Fungal Infection Capsule - 150mg as advised by GP. Told it's against the guildlines. Problem is that the BNF states that it's exactly for the condition I wanted it for. Rude staff and clueless. I'll just buy them online. The pharmacist is clearly a failure and now takes it out on others. Little bit of power and it's gone to her tiny head.

Horrible experience went in with a help me quit prescription and the lady was extremely rude told me I should have phoned tried explaining that I'm on telephone appointments and just needed the products to quit she the said that it down to covid and I will have tk go elsewhere It has now made me not want to quit due to the experience and hassle of getting the products so thank you very much
