I can't fault them. They've been extremely good especially given the circumstances we were all in but through it all they still worked hard and were polite. Obviously it can be hard to be so nice to people all the time but they do try there best and that's all I can ask off people. Yes some staff can be a bit rude but you know what we don't know what is going on in people's lives. Just helpful, friendly and talkative staff, very nice and well kept pharmacy and lovely pharmacists dispenser staff and front line staff.
Thank you for your continued help and support through the pandemic and there after.

Mr. Bhogal is a nice guy, BUT...
This service cannot cope with the number of customers. No one answers the phone, Item shortages on REPEAT Prescriptions and LONG waiting times. PROFIT before SERVICE.

Not enough staff to serve you, went there on Wednesday afternoon waited over half an hour and I left in the end I was still 3 away from being seen as the only person serving went off to find a prescription. I went back later in the day and there were 2 serving still a long wait. The place has a lot of staff standing around talking as the queue gets longer. Boxes all over the place it used to be a very well organised place to get my prescriptions from, plus now they are closed on a Saturday that's no good to me it's usually my only time to collect my prescription.

Congratulations to the team! During such difficult times you are doing a sterling job.
Covid and leaving the EU has meant many problems with staff and supply shortages, yet you all keep going and remain polite and helpful.

Just standing in the shop area and watching everyone working so hard makes you realise just how hard things are currently.

Thank you to each and every one of you.

**UPDATE**

It is with great sadness we have been forced to move our medical needs to a neighbouring Health Authority.

This has meant we can no longer use this pharmacy.

A huge thank you to Mr. Bhogal, his family and all the staff for all their care and support over the years.

Good luck under the current trying conditions.

I have been a customer for many years and it is with great reluctance that I have to say how disappointed I now am with the customer service. I’ve called in several times to pick up a prescription only to be waiting in a queue which starts outside the door. I suffer with arthritis and cannot stand too long. I have tried calling them on the telephone but they do not answer. Something is going terribly wrong with this business

I have tried to get a doctors appointment for 2 weeks without any joy. After 3 weeks of feeling like hell I called into the pharmacy and asked how to get a consultation with the pharmacist as by now my chest infection/ flu was the worst it had been. Within 5 minutes Mr Bhogal called me into the consultation room, listened to my problem, listened to my chest, and decided that I have an acute chest infection. I suffer with allergies and carry an Epipen and cannot take all antibiotics. He was so thorough checking my medical history and looking for suitable medication. He prescribed me something that was safe to take and 2 days in I feel much better already my cough has calmed down and I feel half human again.
I have read some of the reviews about having to wait in a queue at the pharmacy well maybe that’s because they are helping people who were desperate for healthcare like me. So next time spare a thought for the staff and what they deal with day to day. Pharmacists are now doing the jobs that GP’s should be doing I have nothing but admiration for them all. A massive thank you to everyone who helped me yesterday I can’t thank you enough and Mr Bhogal thank you for your kindness and compassion. You said you would help me and you were true to your word. Thanks to you I feel miles better. I am so grateful to you.

They use to be great but a joke now . Even if you are first in there takes them 15 to 20 mins to find or do your tables. Will be having my tablets made up from another chemist from no on. Also I find they can be a bit rude as well. Shame as they were great before they moved there. No wonder they can't get staff. Would you want to work there ?

Always try their best to make sure you have the medications you need. Always kind and reassuring. Mr Bogal and family always listen to your needs. All staff work extremely hard.
