Went last week and lady slammed door in my face at 12.55 pm. Apparently closed for lunch when workers are out to spend. I will never come again.So much for supporting a local business.

I called in today to get my flu vaccine. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Gorgeous gifts and some half price. I was sorry I had done my Christmas shopping early!!

Wanted to write a review as I have used this pharmacy ever since I was a little kid with my mum but swapped to Lloyds as it was more convenient (being closer to the doctors and easier parking) I walked out of Lloyds on Wednesday (can't find prescription and sold me medicine that could of caused an asthma attack also out of date😩) and went to slyvia Williams and what a difference . Friendly staff only too willing to help no lost prescription and no 30 minute wait. I am definitely swapping back to Sylvia Williams and honestly can't recommend highly enough a truly lovely pharmacy 👍

Went there before christmas and purchased a few items there was a stunning display of lamps in the window which i liked the assistant was lovley she phoned upstairs to the owner and asked could i purchase them she said i would have to wait a week i gave my name and number that was a few weeks ago still waiting i feel very dissapointed and let done

Far superior to Lloyds for service.
