Boots Pharmacy

Excellent pharmacy where you can normally have a prescription filed within 5-10 minutes. It is a very small Boots though, so has an extremely limited product range, but most things you would need in an emergency! There is also a large car park, although with the recent opening of the What! Store next door, the car park can become quite busy.

States closes at 1pm on Saturday. Arrived at 5 to and the door was locked. They just looked at me.

My partner came for a morning after pill 4:30 was told they don’t have enough time and to go to llanrumney boots? There was only 3 people in front of her and the it closes in an hour and half….. very strange & poor service

Some of the staff in here are lovely, such as the petite lady with the dark hair and glasses, she is always really friendly and helpful. One other member of staff, not so much. I won't leave any descriptions or names but one female member of staff can make you feel like a bit of an inconvenience . Fortunately, most of my encounters have been with the lovely lady that I mentioned at the beginning of this review.
