New Inn Pharmacy

So helpful. We're not really sure what to do with prescriptions since we always had them delivered until we moved. There had been a mix up and the pharmacy were amazing, they didn't just tell me 'sorry, not our problem' they sorted out the problem despite being super busy and in time for a bank holiday weekend. Thank you so much for all your help!!

Staff are very helpful and doing a great job at all times especially during Covid. The pharmacist will always help so glad they are my local pharmacy

Fantastic service from the staff here...I had a fall in work and badly damaged my ankle I was given prescription quite late on Friday, I tried 3 pharmacies in my local Cwmbran area but they busy and only doing antibiotics (which I understand)...I rang New Inn pharmacy explained my predicament and nothing was too much problem they were brilliant ....and I would to thank them all for sorting my pain relief out I would of been really struggling to get through the night without it....I strongly recommend this friendly,professional and understanding team.

I've used this pharmacy since moving to New Inn 3 years ago & I can't fault them at all. The staff work really hard to ensure prescriptions are sorted for patients & they go above and beyond to make sure everything is as it should be.

My Wife and I have used this Pharmacy for many years. We phone them to renew our prescriptions and they text us when to collect them. They are very polite, patient, and professional, as well as being so friendly. The Pharmacist is always available if needed for a personal chat. Thanks also to Sam and her mum for the jovial banter over the years.

WORLDS apart from another pharmacy not too far away… I had my prescription moved here yesterday after having no end of issues trying to get my prescription. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes and the lady on the counter was so friendly and cheerful. I will be using this pharmacy for everything in future.

I have just moved into the area and contacted the Pharmacy regarding prescriptions, the person I spoke to was very helpful and polite a credit to the Pharmacy.
