Boots Pharmacy

Only nipped in to see if I could use the toilet due to me being pregnant, the old woman was rude she kept repeating "were closed" in a nasty tone, didn't even get a chance to ask. I apologise that I walked in while you was closed but I don't respect the way I was spoken to.

I go to Boots every 2 weeks when I am paid for my toiletries and feminine products

Sad I've herrd there laying off 4000 employees...& R Sunak wants to spend what's left on encouraging people to eat out 🤔..when some are struggling to eat in !!! Crazy times 😂

Needed an urgent medication for my daughter a few weeks back and the pharmacist Sarah was very helpful and polite even though she was extremely busy.

Sorted everything out for me and nothing was too much trouble. 5* service.

Only decent thing about this boots is a small amount of staff. But the time the pharmacy takes for items is a joke, over half an hour waiting outside for some antibiotics for a 2 year old. There was another person waiting longer outside. Shambles! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Went to pick up a prescription and got asked to come further in and have a conversation about it? What? Who even does that, quizzed on what it was for to, proper dodgy the head pharmacist there is, go to Nelson's down the road instead, no weird invasive questions.

Made the effort to go in and purchase anbesol liquid for my teething baby but she was a week to young for it, I wanted to purchase so I had it ready for a weeks time and they refused to sell it to me absolutely shocking WILL NOT BE RETURNING 😠

This was the only pharmacy in the area that had my medication in stock. Very helpful and friendly staff and strict covid procedures in place.
