I called this pharmacy up asking about my partners medication I was told to call when I was outside for it to be brought out to me so I did call once outside the building where I was told to go to the back door I get greeted by a pleasant woman worker who gets the old woman pharmacist who comes to the door saying trying to jump infront is rude as I'm explaining what was said on the phone she slams the back door in my face no that is RUDE an official complaint will be going in

I am in Wales on holiday and brought my medication with me, only to find that one item hadn't been given to me. I rang our GP prescription line in Manchester 75 times and couldn't get through. I contacted Hughes pharmacy to see if I could get my script sent electronically but was told that if I went in I could get emergency medication. I dealt with Caroline who was extremely helpful and I could not praise her enough for giving me the medication I needed and enough to keep me going until I get back home, thank you Caroline 🙂
