Absolutely first class customer service today from Jackie the prescribing pharmacist who issued an urgent last minute prescription for me. Jackie was polite, friendly, professional & very informative - I cannot rate her highly enough. I left the pharmacy thoroughly delighted with her excellent service & approachable manner - thank you so much Jackie!

Amazing service in this pharmacy, staff are friendly and Jacqui the perscriber is so helpful and has saved my family a good few trips to the doctors . Would definitely recommend this pharmacy

This chemist has good telephone and counter service but is let down by the extremely slow process of preparing a prescription. This has been the same for years and hopefully the new robotic system will be better than the previous, but somehow I doubt it.
One small bench to seat one or two people and so for something simple be prepared to wait 25 minutes.

Twelve people waiting at the present moment and my 25 minute wait is now 45 minutes.

It used to be stress free getting my prescription, they even used to help me when the doctors missed my prescription. Now there's so many new staff that either don't care or don't know what they're doing, it's a hassle every time. I can never get in touch with them. Only rating 3 stars because of how good they USED TO BE.

I have been collecting my prescriptions here for years and I’m super impressed with the service . Sometimes when my surgery hasn’t done my prescription they go above and beyond to make sure I get it . Once on a Saturday afternoon even issued an emergency prescription to enable me to have my medication . All the staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble . They even managed to do this with a smile throughout the height of covid !

Fantastic Pharmacy. Sorting complex prescriptions for our child has the potential to be very stressful but this pharmacy go above and beyond to make the process seemless and easy. The staff work so hard behind the scenes in what must be very busy times. We have also used other services they provide and have always been happy with the outcomes.

I have a repeat prescription here that I request every month online. It is an absolute nightmare and stressful as evertime we go to collect, it has either not been made ready they say they haven't had it back from the surgery (when they have it) or it is missing items you find when you open it at home.

I would like to thank everyone at the chemist the front of house staff the pharmacy team, they have been amazing, since I was in hospital last year and coming home they have sorted my medication and basically they are keeping me going, I never run out of meds and when ever I have any questions they are always there for me.I am truly grateful for everything they have done and are doing thank you ladies and gentlemen 🥰🥰
