The staff are excellent, know everyone and are great front of house for this business. HOWEVER this business is no longer fit for purpose as prescriptions take 7 days to collect. The business closer for a two hour lunch as well as closing at 5pm.the regional manager must sort this out.... As of today I will drive to Boots.. I only waited 15 minutes for my medication so I will no longer be a customer.

Part of my medication was missing when I collected my prescription from Lloyd's Pontardawe.
I returned today to inform them of the problem and was told it wasn't on the request, which I knew wasn't correct and to go to the surgery. I went to the Surgery who confirmed all six items was on the prescription and to go back to Lloyds. Who were still saying they weren't on my prescription, go back to surgery, the surgery phoned Lloyd's whilst I was there, who than change it to, items weren't in stock!!!!
To say I am annoyed and disgusted with Lloyd's service is a understament, I have made a formal complaint and will be using Wells in future.
I appricate all the people who are working in these difficult times, I always thank them and value them. I don't appricate being lied too for no reason other than to cover the incompetent service.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff working within Lloyds. I know you are working under extreme pressure at this challenging time with very little recognition. Hoping we can show patience and understand that even Lloyds have only limited resources at this time, and no doubt welcomes the community support and kindness being shown to them by many. Again thank you.

I’ve been ringing and ringing Lloyds pharmacy and no one bloody answers the phone. done this three times this week and no answer. Absolutely shocking 🤦‍♂️

Absolutely shocking service, give in a prescription on Tuesday, told to come back in an hour but couldn't so waited a few days. Go back in on Thursday and they know nothing about it apparently, they find the prescription and say come back tomorrow and it'll be ready. Go in on Friday and get handed the prescription back as they don't have the meds in stock after previously stating that it'll be ready. Absolutely shocking.

Shocking performance.they should not work here. Loosing prescriptions all the time! Mentally slow and incompetent staff.please employ someone with an actual working brain in there. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful service. They should not be dealing with people's medication at all.

Definitely need more staff. Regularly have to wait an hour queuing for meds only to find things missing when you eventually pick it up. They blame the surgery and the surgery blames them. Someone is to blame?

Staff walking around with masks on their chins, despite this no attempt to social distance. Marched straight up to me despite my backing away trying to remain 2 meters away due to the mask not being worn safely. If any retail outlet should be following Covid19 guidance it should be a pharmacy but apparently not. When they came back out with the prescription I asked the member of staff to put her mask on before she approached me but she did not do so she just put it on a chair instead. Rude comments were made that people who are scared should stay home and not come outside. I work in a close contact environment with some very vulnerable people and I am careful for their sake.
