Absolutely awful pharmacy! They always mess up my repeat prescriptions. I ring first to see if they have mine in and ready and say yes yet half the time I go in and they tell me they haven’t got my prescription in! So why they tell me over the phone its in?? Rude and just make you feel like rubbish when it’s errors on their end! No sympathy or even care! Always passing the blame! I have changed pharmacy’s now as they are awful.. I’d put zero stars if it would let me!

The Doctors at Clarence Medical will encourage you to take your prescription here, but don't bother. Do yourself a favour and go to any other chemist. The lady we dealt with was rude and unhelpful.

This pharmacy's has got to be the most obnoxious place I have ever been.staff are rude and my prescription is for every 28 days and they haven't got a clue how to find it
I received my last prescription on 13 th off July I went in on the 12th of August and told not jew till next week . that is 5weeks not bad for a heart condition.it will now be 56 days till I can get it. All because they haven't got any interest

Think that lloyds pharmacy UK should intervene and train the staff regarding customer service, not all but some staff are arrogant and downright rude, will be using a different pharmacy in future

Awful inconsiderate chemist! My aunt who has cancer had her prescription and living 2 train rides away they refused to get her her meds and told her she'd have to wait around for another 2 hours. She's not very mobile so unable to get to Boots in the High St, she barely made it to the train station. She told hem this and they weren't interested. I would not re ommend.

Very [poor services - always a mistake in repeats, always have to wait even though they have had the repeat for over a week. Charge a different price every-time for private script.
Not open at weekend - do I need to go on - this place needs new management and a serious shake up

What a joke rang twice to see if they had my script from surgery. I then went down to the shop to find it locked and a pharmacy assistant cleaning I asked of the script was there to which she said she would look took my dob then come back told it was not there will not use again.
