Messed up a prescription and accused us of lying very rude staff avoid if possible

Messed up my wife’s prescription and staff were totally unapologetic and rude. Avoid and use the pharmacy over the road, much better service.

I have been using this Chemist for years. Nothing is ever too much trouble and even with a worldwide pandemic raging the staff here are amazing and always go above and beyond with a smile and caring words at the ready. I have had to call on their help, knowledge and advice several times and it is always readily given with their level of expertise second to none. Thank you everyone - so proud we have Rowlands and you all in the villiage of Coedpoeth.

Never seem to have stuff, waiting 2 weeks for my stuff

Been today and felt I was not a valued customer. It might have been a prescription and never had a problem before but being shouted at from the rear room could not hear correctly in front of other customers felt degraded. When people come in for medication is normally a bit of a clue we are feeling under the weather. Empathy and companion is required in this field. We are all under stress but the majority can still smile abd have respect for each other. Will use other pharmacy on village in future.

Waiting over a week for my meds, then told they were still not ready, son went back 19 minutes later to get the prescription back, only to be told they had been found, woman's reply was "silly me" unbelievable!! Messing with people's health, avoid like the plague
