Just moved to our beautiful home in llanseffan,the Welsh are wonderful,kind,generous,first time I have used Walter Lloyd chemist delivery service and wow first class service,was greeted at the gate by a lovely gentleman with my prescription and a dog biscuit for my Labrador buster,was very impressed as I had ordered and delivered on the same day,totally recommend,thank you to all the staff at Walter Lloyd for the great work that you do,

Rude and obstructive counter staff awaited me here. In an otherwise empty store my requests to speak to a pharmacist seemed to be just too much trouble. Disgusted by this I headed off to Boots where the staff could not have been more helpful.

For me this is definitely a place to avoid.

Very un-helpfull and a waste of time suggest I go ask go for prescription, Unable to sell OTCs with out GP okay, no reason given for refusal

Terrible customer service from the assistant. Are a parcel drop off point but wouldn’t take the parcel due to the size of the parcel (wasn’t a massive parcel). Should not offer the service if they can’t deliver.
