Cohens Chemist

Terrible service, supposed to have home delivery of medications every 28 days, now waiting 32 so having to go without important pain meds. Used to be such a great service but has recently gone down the pan. This is happening more often of late.

Awful absolutely impossible to get my medication it was due 2 weeks ago I've rang up every day and been told it's going to be sent out today or tomorrow and I'm still waited stressed out of my mind in pain borrowing other peoples stronger medication and they're not even apologetic they don't even want to know, I'm not sure if I will ever get my tablets. I keep telling them nobody is in after 5 they keep trying to send them after 5. They told me they wouldn't deliver today after ringing for the 10th time so everyone was out and they tried to deliver straight after they said they wouldn't then they lost the tablets the next day and I'm still waiting I need a new chemist or pharmacy I can't take anymore I count out my tablets to use the right amount then they don't send anymore and won't even tell me when their due they don't know.

Forgot medicine, Pharmacist very helpful to ensure I had enough to last whilst on Holiday. Thank you great service from a extremely busy Chemist 👍

Walk in flu jab today excellent service

My husband and I changed to Cohens Chemist a year ago from boots. The difference in service has been exceptional. The staff are always very polite and helpful despite the current demand from patients. We have found Pip to be extremely helpful with any worries or concerns we may have. Our prescriptions are always correct and on time. Brilliant chemist would definitely recommend 👌

unfortunately i have to give this place a star which i would really like to give a minus. inept & rude staff. i had to collect an emergency prescription for my wife only to be told that it wouldn't be available until 4pm because thats when the go to collect them from the surgery but the girl was very abrupt & didnt seem to care that it was an emergency. unable to collect at that time i could only go the next day. as i had my dog with me i stuck my head around the door & asked if i would be ok with the dog, at this point all 3 staff members just looked at me & did not reply. i then said i was here to pick up a prescription & at that point one girl screamed get out of here with that dog. i said back that i did ask but got no reply off any of them as they just stood gauping at me. i stood outside not knowing what to do & nobody came out o speak to me. my wife turned up 10 mins later as she was in the surgery i explained what had happened, then the door opened & the girl came out & handed a lady her medicine with a smile & then thrust my wifes medicine into her hand & stood there staring at us. ive had trouble here in the past having you waiting outside & only having half of your medicine, not once but regular.i will be asking my doctor to send our prescriptions to Boots rather than this place. to be fair there is a sign on the door whitch does say no dogs which i did not see however theres that many sighs on the door and window its easy to miss.

Customer service outstanding, happy to help in any way from counter staff, pharmacist to delivery drivers.
