Always a problem. Every month I go here to pick up my repeat prescription and we go through the same issue every time. First they can't find it, then we have a chat about it, then they have another look and suddenly find it. Some of it is usually missing so I have to come back another time. Last time I went they didn't have everything I needed so they gave me a slip to come back and collect it another time. I called back about a week later and they advised they still didn't have it but I could get an alternative if I went to the doctor for a new prescription for it, which I guess was fair enough. I contacted the surgery and they issued a new script for the alternative plus my normal prescription. The prescription was then collected by the pharmacy.
Today I went to the pharmacy, to collect what the owed me (my regular monthly prescription wasn't due yet). As usual they couldn't find it, then they found it and gave me the rest of what they owed me plus half of what I was due to collect for my next monthly prescription. I asked about my blood pressure medication and the pharmacist informed me that they surgery hadn't issued that. She then went away and came back with it, so apparently it had been issued.
I was then advised that the had another 3 boxes owing to me that I could collect at anytime. This is not true, they only owed me one more box for the next month. The pharmacist was getting herself more and more irate as time went on as she was clearly completely confused. In the end she suggested I take part of the prescription slip to get it fulfilled at another pharmacy.
I've had enough now. I've been tolerant of this disorganized nonsense for too long, and I have no idea how they can account for all the extra medication they are trying to give me.
There is another Lloyds pharmacy about 200 yards away. I used to go there previously and never had any of these problems.
It's time I went back there as I really can't see this shambles ever sorting themselves out.

My husband went today, Dec 29th, to collect the last bits of his prescription that the chemist didn't have last week, that wasn't the problem, we understand that they are not always able completely fulfill the script. The problem was with a ladys attitude towards my husband. He handed the script over to a lady, he described her as a short lady with long grey hair. She asked if he could wait for it to which is said yes and he asked her how long it take. This is where the bad review come into play!! Her response was "it takes as long as it takes!!" Now I know she maybe having a bad day however that does not excuse the very rude response to a simple question!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this Pharmacy.

shocking service 10TH MONTH IN A ROW MY SCRIPT ISNT READY! loses my scripts all the time , MAJOR lack of organisation and lack of thought for their patient list 😞 think a complaint needs to be made to lloyds company themselves ! Its shocking messing with peoples health

What a fabulous team. Went in for my flu jab, the pharmacist I saw was superb. Professional, thorough, caring, considerate and put me at ease before the flu injection. Xxxx

Absolutely appaling service! After phoning, was told that my prescription would be ready on Thursday. So I went to pick it up on Friday. There was a half hour wait to get served, then I had to wait a further 40 minutes for my items to be handed to me and even then, 2 items were missing. No apologies for the poor service. I'll never use them again.

Quite possibly the slowest pharmacy in the area for dispensing repeat prescriptions. My families prescriptions are very rarely complete even if you wait longer than the required processing period to collect them. Wait times are often ridiculous. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Badly managed and organised, come on Lloyds you can do better.

I won't be going to this pharmacy again. They always have long wait times and rude staff. This isn't just on one occasion. Today just made my day even harder after the surgery messed up my prescription then to go in the pharmacy to be told to take it to tesco because they aren't accepting any more!
