Boots Pharmacy

Great well stocked shelves some good offers on and boots points too to treat yourselves with them as we do, photo kiosks really handy! Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful when we go in tilly served us she was lovely and friendly, fully recommend here got a good selection of items

Boots in Colwyn Bay is located in a pedestrian only area but I often see their delivery vans parked outside the shop. Today there were three of them there at half past one in the afternoon even though the signs on the entry into the pedestrian zone very clearly prohibit any delivery vehicles between 11am and 4pm. Given that they were parked right outside the front of the shop the manager must have been fully aware that these vehicles were being driven illegally and recklessly through a pedestrian only area but has clearly turned a blind eye, or maybe even encouraged this behaviour. I hope Boots will accept full responsibility when a pedestrian is killed or injured as a result of their total disregard for the law and for the safety of the public.

Always can buy a good variety of brands a bit more expensive than superdrug or savers when comparing like for like items. Pharmacy or specifically dispensary are very good. My prescription is on repeat and Boots drive a renewal request to the surgery so that my prescription is ready on time. I collect but it could be delivered on the Cohen delivery van.

Exceptionally good pharmacy. They look after my dispensing needs very well even in the light of difficulties from delays from an overworked doctors surgery. I am appreciative of their A1service. Many thanks.

Shocking telephone service !! tried to call regarding my script, after waiting 25 mins still nobody answered just gave up !

went to pick up a script and wait for it today.
awful service.
no acknowledgement as I went in, asked to come back in 10 mins which I did.
4 staff no customers.totally egnored till another member of staff asked 'is that lady waiting?'
awful awful service~ contrast to Colwyn Bay Post office.so helpful with those who need a bit more time in the queue today.

Visited boots on friday the 8th of oct Was served by a young man,I think his name was Jerone.What a delightfull,fun gentleman he was.He had a cracking personality and helped me greatly with my shopping experience .Well done Jerone👍
