I waited yesterday for my urgent prescription as yet again not ready on time to be told computers down and cannot give me my urgent prescription that was ready few feet away from where I was standing. I waited over an hour for the computer they said would be fixed in short time as I was desperate for my morphine patches mostly and other list of things on my repeat prescription. They said they could not locate my items without computer telling them where it is. My monthly medication is I carrier bags as I'm celiac so have big items. There were only few bags on the floor so wouldnt have taken them long to look but they couldnt be bothered. I'm disgusted they let me go away without my medication as I could wait no longer as I dont drive and my husband had to go to work for nhs! I have noone else in area I know to collect as my family dont live near me, I cannot drive due to hospital stopping me due to my medical problems and cannot walk far and pharmacy is around 3 miles ir more from me. I had to go back to my gp to tell them they are refusing to give me my medication and wait again for a new prescription for my morphine patch which I needed urgently, other chemist didnt have it in so I've been without it 3 days I rang up to see if they'd deliver it and was to,d no delivery driver not there!

In the current crisis, obviously very busy, but if a sealed box was available outside, so that scripts could be dropped inside, and picked up in a few days, rather than queue for 45 mins, just to hand a prescription in, people would be far happier.

6 people working in the shop and no one can be bothered to server for 10 minutes

If you want to waste an hour or more standing in one small shop with 10 other people around you, come here. Wait times are ridiculous

Every month is the same thing. Text to say prescription is ready, go down and it's never ready (not once in the last 12 months). While waiting an hour for it to then be made up you can watch every person who walks in behind you get told the same thing.

I collect my repeat prescription, once I receive my text message confirmation that it’s ready, every 28 days. I have the same experience every time, and regularly have to wait for 20 minutes+ to be served. This is not a good customer experience, and something I dread doing. I hear plenty of customers complaining in the queue every time I go here. I usually come out during my working lunch break and worry each time that I will be late returning to work, I feel this is not a good use of my time. There are plenty of staff in this store, and my prescription is packaged elsewhere and despatched here. This place is not efficient and it does not provide a good customer experience. Can't they offer a delivery service direct from their supplier for repeat prescriptions, and cut out the 'middle man' here, since this adds no value whatsoever.
