Waiting times for prescriptions is really short. The staff are really kind and understanding. Also has a variety of toiletries and household products for sale.

Extremely helpful outstanding professional staff. Always available and willing to go the extra mile. Sorts out and delivers my 90 year mothers constantly changing prescription total attention to detail a pleasure dealing with the Pharmacist. Thoroughly Deserves the 5 star rating

Used this pharmacy for the first time today , since I moved from Cardiff to Pontypool. My 5 item prescription was sorted, labelled and packed within 5 minutes from my arrival.
SUPERB service. i will obviously use them again next time.

**UPDATE February 2021: I have continued to use this pharmacy throughout the past 3 years-plus and they have always been excellent, even during the COVID lockdown.
