great boots store. The pharmacist, Sam is really helpful and so are all the girls working there. Prescriptions are quick and if they don't have stock they're happy to order it for you!

At this particular time (covid) I was happy to see a person at doors making sure masks were worn. Inside store everything is marked out as it should be. Staff are still upbeat and Boots is still the wonderful place it always had been

Frustrating as I walked to the Pharmacy to collect my prescription during my lunch break, but they told me that they couldn't give me the prescription as the Pharmacist was on his/her lunch break.

I had to then go back once I'd finished work.

Once I made the second visit they were very friendly and helpful, but I just feel they should allow more of their colleagues to be able to cover when the Pharmacist is on their lunch to save wasting customers time.

Pretty hard to get the phone answered sometimes, generally apologetic though and will help get things sorted for you, extremely quiet store even though on a very busy main road. Easy access, except for 1-2pm 😂
