Absolutely brilliant staff, led really well by Debbie. Fantastic service levels and a joy to deal with, particularly if one is feeling unwell and at one's lowest ebb.

Nothing is too much trouble and, as well as being extremely efficient (even when under January 2021's colossal pressure), there's always a smile, a 'can-do' attitude and their communication skills are first-rate. Magor and its environs are so lucky to have such a professional, friendly and efficient pharmacy at its heart.

Absolutely useless!!! There an hour and a half before finding out they don't even have a prescription ready after a week!!! And wouldn't sell me an over the counter product! RUDE
