My medication was packed and given to me by the owners 14 year old child. He claims this is OK because he was supervising her and she has signed a confidentially agreement. My prescriptions keep on going missing but they blame everyone else. I have been there and heard other patients complain but the owner denies this has ever happened. I don't think he realises he has a duty of care to sick people. Incompetent to the level of dangerous.

Terrible service and attitude of staff. Half an hour to collect prescription i was the only one there. When I asked how long it was going to be she just said she was going as quick as she could and walked off. 30 mins really as quick as she could

My mother brought me in since I have really bad eczema, the woman that works there took us into the back room and asked to look, she hardly looked at my skin, very rude to my mother and Christmas is nearly here so my mother has run out of money and can’t afford the eczema cream, if anyone else suffers with eczema it most likely shows up on black clothing and very flaky, I explained that you won’t be able to hardly see it and I’ve only just come out of a massive break out with my eczema, it’s also on my head sadly so I can hardly wash because after the shower my skin drys up and I had no cream, but the rude woman in the pharmacy was no help hardly looked at my skin! All she had to say was “you can purchase it here” but like I’ve already explained that my mother can’t afford £20 worth of cream, so we left and as we walked out, the woman walked behind the counter and thought to go have a gossip about it! Really rude and disrespectful, I do not recommend this place!

Under the equality act 2010,it states 'a disabled person treated less favourably than others is discriminated against'.This means that disabled people exempt from wearing face coverings MUST be allowed onto the premises and served the same as everyone else. The sign on your door states to 'wait outside and ring the number .... and we will come out and serve you'.This is NOT treating disabled people the same, nor does waiting outside, regardless of weather, and ringing (providing one has a phone) constitute 'reasonable adjustments'.You are therefore indirectly discriminating against disabled people-which neither welsh government guidance, council directives nor your own shop policy empower you to do.I would urge you to revise this ill conceived 'policy'.In addition to this, you display a poster proclaiming to be offering a 'safe space' for people experiencing domestic violence. It is well known and documented that domestic violence victims are often unable to tolerate having their face covered,so your policy strikes me as particularly offensive to the very people you appear to be offering 'safety' to,,

Friendly service. What I required wasn't in stock but it was ordered and I collected it the next day.

Will not allow people exempt from wearing face coverings from entering the store, contrary to the Equality Act 2010
