Called over 8 times and no one picked up. The call kept going to this awful noise and then ended.

Prescription- dispensed with stock over 6 months out of date.

Check expiry dates as this pharmacy is very neglectful. One month maybe an oversight but 6 months is ridiculous

Formal complaint being made

Waited about 25/30 minutes for a click and collect package. First 15 mins was because the only member of staff who know how to “do” click and collect was on break… last 10 minutes involved this so-called expert flapping and not being able to find my package and told me to come back another time, despite it being there all along.

Very bad service, my son has a bad sore throat with a rush , I called GP for him but they advised me to go to this pharmacy to have an antibiotic but the pharmacist lady who was there yesterday wasn't care about him she wasn't even look carefully to his throat! And she didn't do any test or give him antibiotic ! She said just give him paracetamol! My son condition became worse by evening and I am worry if he may has scarlet fever!! If so I will make a formal complain about this lady who ignore us!

The best customer service out of any pharmacies I used in the past, not only are they open the longest out of any pharmacies in the area, but the quality of service they provide can't be matched. If it wasn't for the amazing pharmacist and her team today, I would be facing serious health problems and complications. Thank you for your kind and understanding approach and putting patient's needs first, all of you deserve a gold medal.

Slow and lazy workers, was told 30 minutes waiting time for a prescription despite no other customers there, actually had to wait for over 40 minutes...

Pharmacist just wasn't there despite them being open so couldn't get my prescription processed.

Very polite and discreet staff. Excellent service.
