Would give 0 if I could back in January the surgery sent a prescription to this pharmacy by accident as I always try to avoid because their a nightmare. Took me nearly 3 days to get tablets that should have been started on day one. Came to my last box today and realised they haven't given enough for the full 12 weeks. I'm over a months worth short even though I specifically asked do I need to come back for anymore and was told no! Now i have to take time out of work again to sort it even though I wasted 3 days last time trying. Absolute shambles all staff should be retrained, this isn't something simple their messing around with people's health and for some their lives.

For the last 3 months I have had issues with getting my medication, with it either being lost or simply unable to access the store due to it being constantly closed. Today I wanted to ask for advice with water in my ear and to purchase ibuprofen for myself. Upon arrival at 5.30pm I realised the door was shut, although the closing time was clearly stated as 6pm, 4 people were inside and looked baffled as to why it was shut. Within 3 minutes 3 more people arrived outside all with the same pondering thoughts as me. A young lady arrived and explained to me that the manager has told her to lock the doors as they have enough queries to deal with until 6pm. I explained that I only needed minor medication and I would be dealt with within 2 minutes. The pharmacist then told me in a very angry manner that there was nothing she could do for me and to go elsewhere. I then asked and explained that as I am not happy with the customer service I have received in the past 3 months that I'd like my repeat prescriptions as I'd like to go elsewhere. After having the door shut on me and then after returning she continued to shout at me and said that she will not deal with me as she knew I'd be unhappy as the systems are down and I cannot have my repeat prescription. I was promised to see the manager and he did not come to see me. This altercation made me late for work annoyed and still without medication to solve my problem. I refuse to go back to this chemist and even in an emergency I'd rather suffer a few miles to go to a different well run practice.

Rude staff , opening times are not as advertised , and I was told to phone the pharmacy but every time I rang they never answered their phone and when I stated this to the assistant when she told me to ring she just shrugged her shoulders is that the way to respond to a customer ? Very poor customer relations and this has been going on for months , other pharmacies are are more efficient and friendly to their customers , I for one will use Boots pharmacy in future where I am treated respectfully .and if I could leave zero stars I would but am not given that choice hence the only one star reluctantly given .

Been trying to get through all day to see if prescription is ready to collect. Kept ringing and now its saying busy tone constantly. Guessing a staff member has taken the phone off so no one can call through, as they dont want to answer the phones. 25 times I have tried to call today. 25!
