answer the phone please can never get you to answer the phone

Never ever fail 2 get your prescription wrong. Given up all hope , stopped taking meds & refuse to go there again. If meds are urgent they dont give a hoot n couldn't care less. Usually put blame on Abersychan. Eldest lady chemist is terrible, laughing at you at of sight when you complain about always getting stuff wrong. ALSO NEVER ANSWER PHONE. 1 young foreign lady chemist , 1 man & 2 blond assistant were very good n professional tho. Eldest chemist should learn from them.

All good no problems

I’ve seen some of the staff receive some absolute abuse off customers, they do so well at keeping composure. They try their best to cater to customers, but sadly, with no fault of their own, and as with many many other businesses and pharmacies, some stuff they don’t have, that doesn’t give customers the right to abuse them, they don’t get paid for that.

Amazing staff, always willing to help and go above and beyond.
