Very helpful when I ran out of medication whilst in Wales, I was able to get a three day supply as long as I had the box with my name on. Friendly and efficient unlike another pharmacy locally who despite being listed as offering emergency medication told me to get my English gp to post them the prescription!?

Told today that it would take 45 minutes + for an inhaler and nasal spray, surely that's just an over the counter thing? This isn't the first time either, I've had to consistently wait around half an hour everytime, whether there were queues or not, never waited this long at any pharmacy, genuinely what takes so long?

2 yrs ago was working well.
Now no longer delivers prescriptions (other pharmacies do)
If I put a prescription request in on a Monday … how come you can’t have it ready by Friday …. You get it next day …. Should not get take 5 days to pick it off your shelf.
You need to improve.

Well by Jesus it’s gone down hill since Nathan and the lovely counter woman have gone. In the que for over 20 mins, then shouted it’s a 45 min wait. 45 min!!!!! No other pharmacy is like this. Older lady on the till was slow and miserable. No help for anyone. Bring back Nathan!!!!

Only got one star because I couldn't put no stars. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I go there the queue is out the door and when you eventually get to the counter my prescription is never ready. I always leave it at least a week between putting it in the GP surgery and collecting it they always have so.e sort of excuse as to why its not ready usually yrying yo blame the surgery or myself for coming too early. This latest time it was pit in over two weeks ago my wife went to collect last Saturday it wasn't ready they said the gp had not sent it she went to surgery who said they had but would send another one over straight away as an emergency as I was running out of tablets and it would be ready to collect from pharmacy on Wednesday latest. I left it till Friday only to be told it wouldn't be ready until Monday I explained I had no tablets left and was going away at 4 for the weekend she said if I call back after 5 they would try and get it ready. So I now have to go without tablets all weekend until hopefully it will be ready unless they have another excuse. An absolute shambles no concern about people's health needs at all.

Ear infection will solve itself by the time I got served. Don’t use this pharmacy if you can help it, unless you want to catch a cold in the queue which is half way up the street!

Not the first time I have had a bad experience here. My prescription went in on a Friday and had to go back Monday for it, my daughter went to pick it up Monday at about 11:00 only to be told come back in the afternoon as its not ready ( been there since Friday mind). She went back down at 4:00, rang me at 4:30 saying she was still waiting for it to be signed. I phoned up to see what was going on, and why she had been left waiting so long. I had no apology from the man I spoke to, infact his tone was as if I was in the wrong, not a professional attitude at all. 😡
