Boots Pharmacy

I have been waiting for some tablets to arrive for a week now for my husband and no sign of them arriving yet.Belinda the pharmacist has been so helpful in helping to source these tablets for me in Brecon and delivering the prescription to Brecon herself. She exceeded all my expectations. She is a credit to Boots.

Expensive compared to budget places and parking is a bit of a nightmare but well stocked and excellent customer service

World's most awful pharmacist, he's very rude and unhelpful. Other staff in there are nice but the staff change constantly (probably because of having to suffer the pharmacist) so they're always inexperienced and don't seem to know enough to be of help. If you can go to the boots or Lloyds in llandod you might be better off. They also close the pharmacy at lunch between 1&2 which is a huge nuisance if you need to pop in there over your lunch break to get something.

Staff were very helpful in finding correct ointments, small shop by always had everything you require- expensive compared to other discount stores but you pay for what you get.

Terrible service..unfriendly and will never come here again

Absolutely diabolical?! I have never in all my years experienced before such ineptitude from a pharmacy. Flabagasted. Cannot complete a simple task such as setting up a repeat prescription. Not a care that important medication CANNOT just be halted? Litteraly look at you as if you have two heads when you point this out!! Three months and still CANNOT get a simple repeat prescription organised. Embarrassing. Hay on wye pharmacy have been absolutely amazing. What a difference in professionalism. I am now escalating this higher not just for myself but for others who are being made feel like a burden for expecting a decent level of service. Contemptuous. BOOTS you should be ashamed!
