Had an emergency today where my wife did not have all her tablets delivered. My usual pharmacy was shut so rang Lloydspharmacy hoping they would get me out of this pickle. Spoke to Jackie over the phone and she was so helpful and supportive. I then went to the shop and Jackie and Benjamin helped me with an emergency amount of tablets. Life savers.

I was going there 3 years to get my prescription. When I first started going, the pharmacist asked if I could go after 10am so they could get my prescription ready. In 3 years, it was never ready, didn't matter what time I arrived. When I asked why, they banned me, saying that I was obusive, offensive and aggressive. I wouldn't recommend this chemist if it was the only chemist in Newport

Really bad attitude and no customer service at all .

Went there today to pick up a prescription, was not ready and will only be ready in a week , absolutely nothing wrong with that .

But the person delivered the information with a nasty attitude, told me if I have a problem to speak with the surgery , and by the time she was finishing the sentence , she was already tuning her back and walking away .

I haven’t complained , I haven’t questioned why it wasn’t ready , nothing at all … why the attitude ??? Spoke to me like I was bothering her and like she was doing me a favor …

Is that what customer service is about ? Aren’t you there to serve the customers ?

Threat people with respect at least . If you hate being there or just hate working with people , you should not be there .

Never used this pharmacy until today 07/09/22 , it was for click & Collect .. I rang before going and the phone was answered in a very acceptable time so maybe my opinion but others saying the " phone is not answered " maybe are the social media " I want instant crew " and think they are entitled to an answer on the first ring ?
Went to the pharmacy to pick up my click and collect and the lady was polite and even asked was i the person whom rang early .
1 Phone was answered and polite 2 click and collect was fine and experience was good .

Never answer the phone then when you call in person for prescription they tell you to come back the following day, no way, I've been ringing for 3 days I want my tablets today !

Don’t pick up the phone. Close early. How are we supposed to get medication?

Never answer the phone when ringing changed the time of opening to fit a lunch hour without any notification on door or web site where's the customer's care leaving them outside in the rain waiting

More interested in what they were having for dinner than serving customers. I was waiting at the desk for 5 minutes in full view before they decided to wrap up their conversation and serve me. They ignore the phone too. There are much better pharmacies in Newport, don't bother with this one.
