My brother normally collects our elderly mothers medication as i live 100 miles away. Today however i was visiting so i went to collect them with my mother. The staff were lovely and recognised my Mum and chatted to her. Alison and her colleague could not have been more helpful or kind. What a difference it must make for a lonely vulnerable person to be treated with so much respect and for someone to spend a few minutes talking to them. Its a shame our large national chemist where i live does not provide such a personal and professional service to my patients. Thank you .

I am posting this review on behalf of myself and my husband, and I will start by saying that if it were possible to award a zero rating we would, without a doubt. Staff are unprofessional, incompetent and show a woeful disregard for the care of their customers. They should start by taking a long hard look at their own obvious shortcomings before placing the blame for the breakdown in the relationship between pharmacy and customer. They would also do well to recognise that by choosing this particular occupation they have a responsibility for the care of the health of their customers, who are reliant on repeat medication, on time, every time without question. Instead we experienced a lakadaisical attitude, with a good measure of disrespect thrown in. When things go wrong they couldn't care less and are prepared to leave a customer without repeat medication for an entire weekend, without so much as an effort to rectify matters. Like I said couldn't care less, and that's just one example of how they are incapable of doing their job to the standards that should be expected of such an organistion. Needless to say a formal complaint is being made. If they bother to read this review at all, then I would anticipate that they will deflect the blame from themselves entirely, without a hint of an acknowledgement for their own shortcomings or an apology for the stress and inconvenience caused to myself and family. However anything other than a full acknowledgement and apology would be a complete pack of lies.

Shocking service and attitude by the Pharmacist. Countless issues fulfilling a simple prescription each month which he blames the surgery for but in actual fact was down to their utter ineptitude each time. Now refusing to complete online prescription order. Shambolic at best, unprofessional, rude and incompetent at worst.

Poor service. The phone never gets answered. I find myself taking multiple trips there in the week to just get all of my prescription items instead of receiving it in one time. This is unacceptable..

Prescription service and delivery at this pharmacy for me are second to none . Never have a problem . I had a script put through their door at 8 30 this week and at 12 15 the same day it was delivered to my door . Excellent !!!

Simply very poor service especially the delivery so called service

Nosey, intrusive staff, I walked out. Never again. I went to Handpost Pharmacy instead, no problems at all.
