Absolutely disgusting service! Last month my father having his meds in dribs and drabs and today now can't find his script! Tried phoning and can't even get through. Have no other choice than to change chemists.

Disgusting, everytime I try to phone it goes straight to message "staff busy etc" stood outside the pharmacy and phoned them, same message yet staff just stood around talking.

I recently used the common ailments service. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely use the pharmacy again. Thanks

It is my pleasure to acknowledge the fact that the Pharmacist Ms Katy Axford and staff go out of their way to provide excellent service to patients and customers using the pharmacy that would be considered above and beyond the call of duty. Ms Axford certainly exceeded my expectations.

After only a few weeks with Mayberry, Katy and the team have worked around the clock to insure that the people I support get the medication they need Katy is a fantastic member of the Mayberry team and can never do enough for us.. Katy really goes above and beyond for her customers and always does it with a massive smile on her face… and always gives 100% in all she does .. if there is any difficulty with any of our prescriptions she’s always on the phone as soon as possible.
