Tesco Pharmacy

Gave me prescription with someone else's details on it.

Manager was frankly rude, aggressive and surly. Her manager not any better.

GDPR breach?

Been using Tesco pharmacy for some time now and it is still a farce to get my prescription.

On more than one occasion after ordering my prescription with the surgery (well in advance) on the phone, having the text to say it’s ready to collect...it’s not there!

Christmas time last year I ordered 2 weeks in advance, came to the end of my tablets so went to the store thinking it would be ready...it wasn’t! This lead to phone calls back and fore to the surgery with the pharmacy blaming the surgery and vice versa.

I now order almost a month in advance to make sure there’s no issues and use an online service to order my prescription...fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Shockingly slow. Staff unhelpful at times and question you on simple requests. Refused to sell me eye ointment today as they said it was viral. They didn't even see the eye in question.

So basically … my partner has thrush . Us girls know when it’s thrush . Called into tesco to pick cream up for her as you would in any other shop that sells it not thinking twice about it . However she only wanted the cream not the due so we discovered the cream was behind the counter . I asked the lady if I could get that for her she then proceeds to ask who’s it for . And they must see there GP ! On a Sunday mind ! I can purchase the due with cream on the shop floor but if I want just the cream you must be diagnosed with a itchy Fanny ! Get a grip tesco chemist ! Now my poor girlfriend has to suffer all day and night with her itchy flaps ! The chemist lady even suggested she done a E consultation. Imagine wasting your doctors time when you already know what the problem is ! This is what’s wrong with the Gp waiting list the bloody pharmacy’s . Won’t even help a itchy Fanny . Take note girls send a picture of your flaps to the Gp just so you can buy your self some Fanny soother so that the pharmacy are happy ! Idiots !

Collected an out of hours prescription here 2 hours after call back but still not ready. Asked to wait for 10 minutes 🙃 oh Sunday Sunday must be a lazy day for some people 😴

Really efficient and helpful. I always find the staff friendly enough.

Called to buy optrex pharmacist short lady with glasses refused to sell me it said I should see a doctor she should be sacked

Just a rude and slow bunch of power mad prats. Ask for a medication recommended by gp and they won't sell it. They once sold me a box of anti sickness pills and then tried to grab them back after I'd paid.
