The staff here are lovely, very friendly and extremely efficient despite being under a lot of pressure during this pandemic.
They have remained open throughout providing an excellent professional service.
Highly commend them for making it safe for us and themselves to use this service safely.
Masks are mandatory in Wales unless you are exempt. They’re not mind readers.

I made a complaint after repeated rudeness from some staff since before the pandemic, and not only did Mr Pearns try to make me feel bad, because unlike 'most people' I need my prescriptions delivered more often than monthly. Oh and rather than respond to my contact with him in which I also complimented the pharmacist and delivery drivers who are always respectful and professional, he made a number of comments that made it look as though he hadn't even read most of my email and then thought 'it would be of interest to me to know' that the company are considering starting to charge for prescription deliveries.

Well as I'd rather not line the pockets of someone like him i'll look elsewhere. Sick of people thinking it's reasonable to treat disabled people as though we aren't worthy of any respect. It'll be interesting to see if he does actually introduce the charge or whether it was just a threat to cause me additional worry when I'm already shielding because I'm high risk for covid.

Staff are amazing- I bring my prescription in every month and they always have the medication I take- other pharmacies have always come up short but they always have it ready for me. 5 stars from me

After moving from Merthyr Tydfil to swansea I settled in the Swansea area and have been really impressed by the knowledge and willingness to help at Cwmfelin pharmacy. Have had two good experiences while collecting my prescriptions, very friendly staff. Dai iawn
