Well Gorseinon - 63 Alexandra Road

I am a patient with this pharmacy and I've always had a good service with this chemist until this week.i phoned up to see if my script was ready only to talk to a newish person on the desk. There is a delay on my mobile phone so as I was chatting to this person she shouted at me down the phone STOP TALKING OVER ME. I said why are you being so nasty. But didn't want to know about the phone delay. Not the best person to portray what a nice pharmacy it really is.after me explaining about the delay I was expecting an apology but nothing at all. Very very rude and not good for business.

Having to go out yesterday and collect necessary antibiotics etc for my elderly father, I was really impressed with the system they are operating at this pharmacy.
I found it to be orderly, efficient and speedy, considering the immense pressure staff are under during this uncertain time. A big thank you to all concerned...

Some staff are stroppy and disrespectfully rude. The pharmacy is far too small to handle the volume of business causing a stressful work environment. They have mislaid my prescription on two occasions denying it was handed in and arguing that I must be mistaken
There is no way they can cope with the covid workload without getting the stressed. I have been left without important medicine. Being disabled I have to rely on a working system. Hope they will evaluate and improve communication and effectiveness of their business.

Tablets missing and they insist that I had them, still waiting on manager to call me, they don't answer the phone or if they do, they hang up straight away. They also tell you there's no prescription ready when you're had a txt saying it's ready to collect.
A TERRIBLE SERVICE

I made over 60 calls to this pharmacy , having no reply . Really needed to speak to them urgently. Out of medication , doctor has sent prescription to them and they say it's not there. This pharmacy obviously needs better management , this should never happen when urgent medication is needed

Fantastic team, well organised and efficient. Always helpful, friendly, staff go above and beyond. The manager has personally delivered urgent medication after work to my elderly parents house.

i am fuming about the service i have just receieved, i am gluten free and put in a perscription the end of feb for gf bread and pasta which they had lost and didnt inform me until i rang to see if it arrived in 2 weeks later i then put another perscription in after finding this out and they told me theyll inform me when it arrives, i rang every week twice a week to see if it arrived and they told me thr pasta had but the bread hadnt, so i went up to collect my pasta just now to the suprise my bread was there also, the pharmasist informed me the bread had been there since the 10th of march, which i was very shocked at as ive been infromed it hadnt arrived, she then told me it went out of date on the 18th, i said thats no good to me can you order a new one in and she told me to take the gone off bread coz it hadnt gone blue!! it will still be ok for toast!!!! or give it to the birds she said! i was livid! not only have i waited 6weeks for this bread and its out of date but she thinks its acceptable coz its not blue although its a week out of date! what a waste of the goverments money and i will be changing pharmacys!

Excellent service and staff unlike other Well pharmacy in the area.
