Well Oldham - Ashton Road

Nine staff in the back milling around yesterday. NINE! Not a single one dealing with customers, all looking very, very busy. Awful service here and the reviews from others say the same, always ignored for at least 15 minutes when I go in whether it’s empty or not. A real shame locals have no choice but to use this awful place.

The worst experience I’ve had in a pharmacy, not just today but on numerous occasions.

Queues of people out the door, they don’t know whether they’re coming or going with prescriptions (our prescriptions are on repeat and the next they’re not; which require the scripts to be ordered via the doctors surgery).

This has been a recent development over the last couple of years, previously the pharmacy worked well in Gilfach.

And now, I dread to make the trip.

This will be the last time I go to this pharmacy unless I’m and absolutely desperate.

And hopefully people will read this and other reviews like it, and decide to boycott the business until they decide to change their ways or come under new management.

Never ever answer the phone.
Only normally ever 1 young lady that bothers asking about service.
My normal wait time on average is 30 minutes even when picking up a repeat.
Why does the pharmacist need to approve the medicine even though its been checked and sealed.
Very poor service.

Abysmal service, staff must have lessons in being miserable/ignorant!
There’s a bell on the door but no-one comes out to serve you.

Can’t believe how long you got to wait just to pick up your prescription which is ready for collection. No one on the front desk. This place needs to close down. Don’t you here the complaints or are you just ignorant

Most disorganised and miserable pharmacy ever.
They always forget to text me to collect my prescription then when I phone they are always a day late sorting it. Then when I get there I cue for 45 mins outsides only to wait another 15 mins inside to be served whilst 5-6 of them are standing there looking puzzled at their feet. Once served I have to wait another 10 mins for them to get it for me. Day out at the pharmacy!

Worst service ever, you have to queue outside in the cold/rain. Once finally gaining entry it can be 10 mins before anyone acknowledges, then a further 10-15 to be handed a prescription that is sat waiting on the shelf.

Absolutely shambles of a place. Extremely arrogant. And takes forever to serve you even when empty. Was stood by counter for ten minutes being completely ignored. Then when I finally got served had to wait another twenty minutes for prescription. I was the only customer in shop! At least seven behind counter working. Awful awful service.
