Photo Hippo Burnley

I've used photo hippo quite a few times now and every time I've been SO happy with the service! I'm kept updated throughout and had my film processed and back to me no more than 24 hours after they've received it! I cannot fault them and will continue to use them for all my film processing!

Been using 'Hippo' for years. Mainly 35mm film Dev and Scan - never had a single issue and wont go anywhere else. Totally dependable, love em !

I'm so happy someone recommended Photo Hippo to me for developing film. I was initially nervous at the idea of sending off my film to be developed as I was unsure how reliable the service would be. Two years on I will never go to Snappy Snaps or Jessops again! Photo Hippo is far cheaper than any other developer and they usually send you a download link with your developed photos within 24 hours of you sending your film to them (first class post). The photos always come out so beautifully and the colours much more vivid than other developers. Thank you so much for your incredible service :)

I have just found this month in 2022, 14 exposed rolls of Black & White film taken back in 1999/2000 after closing down my own darkroom facilities. Finding a specialist processor like Photo Hippo i thought would be impossible in the days of digital but I did. They have processed even the films that I had up rated beyond the stated ASA rating and made a superb job of every one. As a serious photographer i would recommend Photo Hippo for all your photographic needs when they have demonstrated their professional skills in processing these very difficult negatives.

Highly recommend this film lab, service is super quick (it's been next day the last few times I've sent something in), and the scan quality is fantastic. Great customer service too!

I've used Photo Hippo the last four times I have needed my 35mm film processing. The service has always been five star, I get an email to let me know my film has been received safely, and a message to let me know when it is being processed. The images are then sent via a WeTransfer link, and are always great quality. The fact that I am based on the South Coast and repeatedly use a company in Burnley for the processing proves the trust and loyalty I have with them, and I've never been let down by Photo Hippo. There are also options to get prints or the photos put onto a CD if you wish, so I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs film processing.

Went in once for a passport photo last year, great guy there no problems whatsoever and came out with some great photos. Nice!
