My wife and I went into this photographic shop to have our passport pictures taken and we were blown away by the level of customer service, absolutely outstanding. I am visually impaired but the staff in this shop were totally understanding and put me at ease throughout the whole process. And despite having to take something like 10 pictures before they government website accepted it they showed nothing but an exceptional professional attitude towards me.

Dom in your photo shop was very professional and his service was outstanding. We will definitely be using him and this sop again.

Mandy went over and above to help me print some invitations for my Dad's 60th birthday. She found the best value for money option for us which meant we spent 50% less than we would have done elsewhere.
Not only this, but she donated jubilee decorations for an impromptu party we are having for the elderly in the community.

Outstanding service. The manager couldn't of been helpful, she was absolutely amazing. I didn't have a clue what I was doing and it was almost closing time, but she really didn't care as long as I got the photos I wanted, one wouldn't download , but even after closing time the lady didn't give up, until she could download the photo I wanted. So grateful. 100% recommended 👌
