Brilliant experience, such friendly, helpful staff. Only went in for passport photos as the online system wouldn't accept my own photos. They were fast, friendly, checked I was happy with the photos. They uploaded and checked with passport office, gave me the code to use online, 4 passport photos and a digital copy and all for £9.99! Brilliant.

Convenient location, excellent service and good value for money. Reprinting and reframing old photos is a great thing to do, with the help of friendly and enthusiastic staff. Thank you.

I wanted to print approximately 150 photos of our holiday. At 55p per print that would be around eighty quid. Sod that!

Went to renew my passport, the service was excellent. The young lady, Ally, explained everything, guiding me through the application. I was very pleased with the photograph and was asked if it was OK, giving an opportunity to have it retaken. A pleasant experience and would recommend it, worth the extra to have it done in one go. Received confirmation email from the passport office straight away.
The store was very busy, but the young lady was very patient and professional. Thank you

I was scheduled for Christmas pictures and the camera didn't work. I was told that they would call me to reschedule, but I was left with Christmas pictures for my children.

I went into your Stafford branch a few weeks ago to have my 18 month old’s picture taken for the cute kid competition. The man who took the photos (sorry can’t remember his name) was lovely & very patient with my little one, even when he was having a tantrum! He was actually the person who told me about the competition & was lovely both times I spoken to him. Then we went back a week later to have the photos put onto a disc, and the girl who served us was lovely too. Both staff members discussed the pricing options & allowed us to pick the best option for our budget. Impressed with the customer service :)
