Had excellent customer service off of the staff in this store. Even though it was busy, she polite and dealt with everyone in a timely manner. Thank you EW, our passport was approved in 7 days.

Emma was so busy with customers,but so efficient in dealing with their problems and enquiries, multi-tasking in a Bish bosh friendly calm manner. So impressed with her and the whole Max Spielmann establishment. Definitely recommend.

Oh, they were absolutely amazing. I spoke two of the workers there (Lucci and Katelyn)- they were so polite and bubbly. Bearing in mind, I've had quite the stressful day, their efficient and friendly service was exactly what I needed to make my day. Thank you, ladies.

Had extremely unpleasant experience yesterday at Max Spielmann Asda, Harlow. I was aiming to print a few family pictures at instant kiosks. As usual I did followed screen instructions when the screen represented a error and requested to close the program. And that's what I did, as expected it will be restarted as all the programs does. But then suddenly I got shouted by staff member with accusations and complains, that she doesn't go to my house and not closing any programs. I was pure in shock and did not find any words how to describe the behaviour of her. After she restarted the program it did worked perfectly. But I would never again be back in this store and do not recommend for you.

The staff at the Harlow branch couldn’t have been more helpful. They were so good with our little one, amazing Customer Service.

Petrol price display not been working for months & found their prices are more than Esso at Bush Fair. Went to pharmacy, opens 8.30, staff was there, but can't serve until pharmacist turns up. Waited 5 mins & had to leave or be late for work. Not impressed!

Had first photo from their booth rejected.

Went back and staff member there was very helpful.

Uploaded photo onto passport site & had passport approved within 30 minutes.
