I don't do reviews on here usually but felt the need to.
Great if you want instant photos or you know what your doing then the service is fantastic but any problems and you need assistance the staff are problematic, one member of staff can be rude, unhelpful and stressful which makes you feel really uneasy, sometimes it feels like your issue is just to difficult for them to deal with and they prefer easy and straightforward transactions.

Very much 5 stars. staff able to assist me for I am 83 y o age - I have known the manager serve 3 customers at once - and still managed to smile . I felt my business was appreciated ,will most definitely return

Fast passport photo service and was available 5 mins later when applied online. Just turned up. Good value.

We have used this facility before and your sales assistant, a young lady, always goes above and beyond our expectations. She is an absolute asset to your business.

Very bad experience. There is a new salesman started recently who does not have any people's skill and extremely rude. The management should take action about this guy before they lose regular customer like me

Fantastic service and a great price.

You would think this close to Christmas they would put more staff on the kiosk, so it doesn’t need to be closed for staff breaks.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could the man behind the counter was extremely rude and I thought his customer service skills were appalling I felt like I was an inconvenience maybe some more training for him.
