Terrible customer service. Both sales assistants are rude and unwilling to help. I tried to pick up some developed photos providing a picture of the reference slip because I don’t have the printed version anymore, and I was denied my very own photos. I tried explaining that I don’t have the physical ticket but reasoning with the salesmen was simply impossible. Of course, whatever happens to my photos now it’s unclear. I would not be using their services ever again in the future.

Very good shop, got passport photos for all the family there. Tall lad with glasses very handsome and helpful, I think he is just the best! Will defo come back if needed!! <3

I went to this store twice to get some photos printed and I did not catch the lady's name but she was very helpful and offered to trim a photo down to the size I wanted as it was not a size the store offered. She also did her best to increase the resolution on some of the photos which I greatly appreciated.

Had a great experience here recently. Went to get passport photos taken of my 7 week old. Fortunately baby was in a good mood anyway but the lady who served us was so so good. She carefully took the photos, set us up for applying online, explained what the next steps were and even involved our 4 year old in the process who was getting fidgety. They were also extremely understanding when my daughter broke the glass in a picture frame. We offered to pay but they kindly let it pass and the lady serving us even helped to reassure my daughter who was really anxious and upset about breaking the frame. When you're trying to do something in a short time with multiple kids in toe, this is the exact kind of place you want to go to as they helped it go so smoothly and were reassuring and supportive. Just to add, the baby photo was accepted fine by HM Passport Office. Would definitely recommend.

Was able to walk in and out 5 minutes later with passport photos and a code for them to use for my online application. Entire process was quick, easy and at a great price.

Very quick service although the shop was full of clients, got my licence photos taken and printed within a couple of minutes. Thanks a lot.
